| Albert G. Wallace Albert G. Wallace, 81, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Saturday, September 18, 2010 at his daughter�s residence. He was born November 3, 1928, the son of the late Wardner LeRoy and Mary Ruth (Weiser) Wallace. On September 4, 1949, he married his first wife Betty Joan (Robinson), and she passed away July 31, 1989. Also preceding him in death were three brothers, William, Harold, and Carroll Wallace; three sisters, Kathryn Morris, Martha Snyder, and Mary Evelyn Stevenson; and a granddaughter, Megan Best. Albert is survived by wife, Phyllis Grimes Prall, whom he married June 25, 1993 in Bellefontaine; two sons, Lee Albert (Bonnie) Wallace of West Liberty, Ohio, and Lanny (Renee) Wallace of Springfield, Ohio; one daughter, Lorrie (Greg) Best of Belle Center, Ohio; two step-sons, Brian (Erica) Prall of Bellefontaine, and Ed (Tammy) Prall of West Liberty; two step-daughters, Beth (David) Poland of West Liberty and Jana (Dennis) Wolever of Marysville, Ohio; one brother, Roy (Mary Ann) Wallace of Winterhaven, Florida; three sisters including his twin sister, Alberta Fulkerson of Rushsylvania, Ohio, Wanda (Robert) Smith of Lima, Ohio, and Florence (Kenneth) Whisman of Bellefontaine; twenty four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Bellefontaine and was a graduate of Huntsville High School. He served on the Logan County Fair Board for a number of years and was active with the Logan County Co-Op and the Logan County Farm Bureau, where he served as a 4-H advisor for several years. He belonged to the Lawrence Valley Grange of Hardin County as well as the Ohio Harness Association, the Ohio Sheep Association, the Sheppard�s Club, and Hole-in-One Club. The funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, September 23, 2010, in the First United Methodist Church 201 N. Main St. in Bellefontaine with his nephew Pastor David Simmons and Rev. Ed Beale officiating. Burial will follow the funeral service in the Huntsville Cemetery in Huntsville, Ohio. Calling hours are Wednesday, September 22, 2010, from 2 to 4 P.M. and 6 to 8 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine.
