Anna Mae Reed

Anna Mae Reed, 77, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at Heartland of Bellefontaine. She was born July 20, 1933 in Bellefontaine to the late Charles F. and Della (Ball) Wickersham. 

She married Glenn W. Reed April 27, 1965 in Zanesfield, Ohio, and he preceded her in death December 9, 1991. Also preceding her death were her step children, Bill Reed and Sandra Reed; a sister, Mary Edna Wickersham; and brothers, Thomas, Orville, and Robert Wickersham. 

Surviving are sons, John (Laurie) Wickersham of Mt. Victory, Ohio and James Reed of Bellefontaine; daughters, Dianna Hines of Bloom Center, Ohio, Ellen (Tim) Miller of Quincy, Ohio, Debby (Jamie) Miller of Ridgeway, Ohio, Glenna Wickersham of Bellefontaine and Della (Damon) Rollins of Springfield, Ohio; step son, Jack (Pam) Reed, step daughters, Kay Land, Janice Troyer, Jeannie Rice, Linda Gooding and Karen Miller; daughter-in-law, Pam Reed; a brother, Charles Wickersham of Bellefontaine; numerous grandchildren, step grandchildren and great grandchildren and a special friend, Calvilon Wiseman. 

A homemaker, Anna Mae was a member of the First Church of God in Bellefontaine. She was a collector of salt and pepper shakers and enjoyed working on crossword and fill in puzzles. She loved spending time with her family and friends. 

Pastor C. J. Plogger will officiate the funeral service at 11 A.M. Saturday, May 7, 2011, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine where calling hours are from 5 to 8 P.M. Friday, May 6, 2011. Interment will be in the Bellefontaine Cemetery.
