Barbara A. Lones

Barbara A. Lones, 84, of West Liberty, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2009, at the Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine. She was born on April 3, 1925, in Harrod, Ohio, to the late Milton and Bessie (Prosser) Lones. Her longtime companion, Lee Collinsworth, preceded her in death on July 4, 2006. An infant daughter, Sandra J. Reed, four brothers, two sisters and one grandson are also deceased.

She is survived by sons, Bill (Pam) Reed of East Liberty, Ohio, and Jack M. (Pamela) Reed of Huntsville, Ohio; daughter, Kay Ann Reed of Medway, Ohio, twin daughters, Janice L. Bailey of Plain City, Ohio, and Jeannie (Ben) Rice of East Liberty, daughters, Linda L. (Ron) Gooding of Lakeview, Ohio, and Karen S. (Tom) Miller of West Liberty; Lee�s son, Chris Collinsworth of Oklahoma; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.

For 17 years, Barbara was a cook for the Graystone Restaurant in West Liberty. She enjoyed fishing, reading and doing all kinds of puzzles. She had a love for kittens and cats and especially loved being and traveling with her family.

A special thank you to Herbie Titus at the Universal Home Health Hospice for the care and comfort he gave to Barbara.

Pastor David Miller will conduct the graveside service at the Walnut Hill Cemetery in Auglaize County on Thursday, May 14, 2009 at 2:30 P.M.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Universal Home Health Hospice  701 S. Main St.  Bellefontaine, OH 43311.  The Kauffman-Eichholtz Funeral Home in West Liberty handled the arrangements.
