Betty L. Hutchins, 84, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2010 at the Logan Acres Care Center in Bellefontaine. She was born November 14, 1926 to the late Charles and Olivia (Rodgers) Harris in Corning, Ohio. 

Surviving is her husband, Francis W. Hutchins, whom she married January 27, 1951 at the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Bellefontaine. Also surviving are their children, Jon (Vicki) Hutchins, David (Linda Erwin-Hutchins) Hutchins, Peggy (Butch) Brown and Cathy (Earl) Zilles, all of Bellefontaine; two brothers, William �Bill� (Dorothy) Harris of Los Altos Hills, California, and Chuck (Sherrie) Harris of South Port, North Carolina; grandchildren, Ryan (Casey) Brown, Benjamin Hutchins, Nicki (Craig) Poeppelman, Andy (Jodie) Hutchins, Angela Brown, Kyle Hutchins, Caitlin Hutchins, and Jack Hutchins; and a great grandson, Ryder Brown. 

Preceding her in death was a son, Steven P. Hutchins on March 26, 2004, two sisters, Peggy Daugherty and Patty Bushong, and a grandson, Christopher Brown. 

Betty and her husband were owners and operators of Hutchins Dry Cleaners in Bellefontaine for many years. She was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church and enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family. 

Calling hours are Sunday, November 21, 2010 from 2 to 6 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine. Rev. Patrick Sheridan will officiate an 11:00 A.M. funeral mass Monday, November 22, 2010 at the St. Patrick Catholic Church. Burial will follow the service in the Huntsville Cemetery in Huntsville, Ohio.
