Bill E. Reed

Bill E. Reed, 60, of East Liberty, Ohio, passed away at 5:00 P.M. Sunday, March 27, 2011, at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio August 1, 1950, a son of the late Glenn and Barbara (Lones) Reed. 

He married the former Pam Miller August 26, 1986, and she survives along with a son, Billy Jack Reed of Bellefontaine; daughters, Rita Smith of Bellefontaine and Stephanie Reed of East Liberty; grandchildren, Skylar, Jaydrick, Chandra, Ashlyn, Alexis and Draydan; a brother, Jack (Pam) Reed of Huntsville, Ohio; a step brother, John; sisters, Karen (Tom) Miller of West Liberty, Ohio, Kay Reed of Medway, Ohio, Jeannie (Ben) Rice of East Liberty, Jan Bailey of Plain City, Ohio, and Linda (Ron) Gooding of Lakeview, Ohio; a half-brother, Jim; half-sisters, Debbie, Ellen, Diane, Glenna, Della and numerous nieces & nephews.

He was an Engineering Coordinator at Honda in East Liberty and a Vietnam Army Veteran. He was a member of the American Legion in East Liberty and loved car shows, taking photographs and mowing the lawn.

Pastor Calvin Rollins will conduct the funeral service at 10:00 A.M. Friday, April 1, 2011 at the Kauffman-Eichholtz Funeral Home in West Liberty, where calling hours will be held Thursday, March 31, 2011, from 4 to 8 P.M. Interment will take place at the Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty.
