Doris Louise Tapp, 67, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Friday, December 3, 2010 in her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 11, 1943, in Bellefontaine, Ohio, the daughter of the late Robert Thomas and Ada Aileen Groves Zupp.

Doris is survived by sons John �Rick� Urban of Rushsylvania, Ohio, Andy T. Urban of Bellefontaine; daughters Tammy J. (James) Wilt of Sidney, Ohio, Teri E. (Scott) Crim of Quincy, Ohio, Jennifer L. Stanton of Maplewood, Ohio; sisters Anne (Michael) Schmees of Loveland Cincinnati, Melanie (Scott) Easton of DeGraff, Ohio; ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; companion Roger Tapp of Bellefontaine; numerous nieces and nephews; and her pet chihuahua, Coco. 

Doris was preceded in death by a brother Larry Zupp and a sister Kristina Zupp. 

Doris was a state tested nurses aide who retired from Logan Acres and had worked at Mary Rutan Hospital for twenty four years. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and collecting angels and frogs. She loved spending time with her family. 

A memorial service will be held at 7 P.M. Thursday, December 9, 2010 at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, with Pastor Wayne Downing presiding.
