Eileen Lenore Cox

Eileen Lenore Cox, 72, of Ridgeway, Ohio, passed away Friday, May 15, 2009, at Heartland of Bellefontaine. She was born on May 17, 1936, the daughter of the late Wilbur and Edith (Williams) Epps.

On November 25, 1978, in Mt. Victory, Ohio, she married Loren A. Cox and he survives. She is also survived by two sons; James Brian (Sandra Kay) Samples of Bellefontaine, Ohio, and Brent (Lori) Samples of West Liberty, Ohio, a step son; Rick (Lisa) Cox of Ridgeway, a step daughter; Randi (Chris) Pfister of Lima, Ohio, a brother; Dale (Dixie) Epps of Grass Valley, California, two aunts; Velva Weatherby and Janet Warrick, both of West Mansfield, Ohio, three grandchildren; Joshua, Michael, and Christine Samples, four step grandchildren; Danielle (Corey) Foster, Jonathan (Julie) Pfister, Jessica Cox and Heather Cox, two step great grandchildren; Zoey Foster and Parker Cox-Struble.

She worked at Alber�s and Great Scot Grocery Stores in Bellefontaine before working as a bank teller with the Mt. Victory State Bank. She attended the Mt. Victory United Methodist Church and enjoyed riding horses and reading.

A graveside service will be held at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, in the Fairview Cemetery, Belle Center, Ohio. Calling hours will be Tuesday, May 19, 2009, from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home  306 N. Elizabeth Street in Belle Center, Ohio.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer�s Association  Miami Valley Chapter  3797 Summit Glen Drive G100  Dayton, Ohio 45449.
