Elizabeth "Libby" Ann McGinnis, 81, of Lynn Haven, Florida, passed away March 7, 2011 at a local hospital. Mrs. McGinnis was born November 29, 1929 in Toledo, Ohio. She moved to the Panama City Florida area in 1981 from West Liberty, Ohio, and enjoyed working as a volunteer with the Bay Medical Center Hospital Auxiliary. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Henry McGinnis of fifty seven years, a granddaughter, Kelly Bumbalough, and a sister, Dorothy Jarrett. 

Mrs. McGinnis is survived by her children, Michael McGinnis (Lorrie) of Springfield, Ohio, Patricia Bumbalough (Kenneth) of Zanesfield, Ohio, Stephen McGinnis (Kathy) of Springfield, Ohio, Rebecca Woosley (Tim) of Lynn Haven, Florida, Daniel McGinnis (Vicki) of Lynn Haven, Florida; grandchildren, Beth Ann Noble, Kevin McGinnis, Jason McGinnis, Sara Elizabeth Long, Jamie Powers, Jenna Elizabeth McGinnis, Cory Roger McGinnis, Ryan Woosley, Katie Elizabeth Thompson, Sydney Elizabeth McGinnis, Hannah McGinnis; thirteen great grandchildren; a cousin, Carl McGinnis (Jean) of Springfield, Ohio. 

Pastor Debra Storm will officiate the 3:00 P.M. funeral service Thursday, March 10, 2011, at the Kauffman-Eichholtz Funeral Home in West Liberty, where visitation will be held from 1 to 3 P.M. prior to the service. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty following the service.
