Guy E. Stover, 75, of Indian Lake Shores, Belle Center, Ohio, passed away Wednesday November 24, 2010, at his residence with his family surrounding him. He was born January 28, 1935 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia to the late Arnold and Sylvia (Cremeans) Stover.
He married Connie Preston on August 12, 1966 in Rushsylvania, Ohio, and she survives. Also surviving is a daughter Becky (Rich Tipple) Epley of Sidney, Ohio, and a son, Guy (Janette) Stover of Mckinleyville, California; two brothers, Sam (Adele) Stover of LaCanadas, California, and David Stover of Woodbine, Georgia; four grandsons, Josh, Justin, and Jeremy Bailey, and Justin Stover, and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Jubal, Don, and Bert Stover.
He was a member of the New Richland Baptist Church and had worked for the City of Sidney.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, November 26, 2010 at 10:30 A.M. at the New Richland Baptist Church in New Richland, Ohio with Pastor Steve Smith officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow the funeral service in the McGraw Chapel Cemetery located at the intersection of State Route 117 and County Road 96.
