| Jack Cane Jr. Jack Cane Jr., 72, of Dayton, Ohio and formerly of Bellefontaine, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 3, 2010, at approximately 8:30 A.M. in the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. He was born in Roundhead, Ohio April 5, 1937, the son the late Albert Joseph �Jack� and Helen Evelyn (Richey) Cane. Jack leaves behind three daughters Erica Rachelle Cane, Erin Michelle Cane, Helen Mickelle Cane, their mother, Stephanie L. Gammell and a granddaughter, Kaylyn Dachelle Cane, all of Dayton; sisters, Betty Clara Totty of Lima, Ohio, and Jean Grace Rogan of Bellefontaine; a brother, Thomas Earl Cain of Bellefontaine; a host of nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. Jack worked at Shellar Globe and Baldwin Hamilton of Lima. He helped his father in the blacksmith shop and later trained horses for many years until his health prevented him from working with the horses. Calling hours are from 2 to 5 P.M. on Sunday, February 7, 2010, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where Rev. Frank McCullough will conduct the funeral service at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, February 8, 2010. Burial will follow the funeral service at the Roundhead Cemetery in Roundhead, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in memory of Jack.
