Judith Kay Shannon, 67, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2009, at her daughter�s residence in Union City, Ohio. She was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on September 1, 1941, to the late Macolm & Ruby Dye Floss.

She is survived by 3 sons, Randy (Cyndie) Shannon of Russells Point, Ohio, Rusty (Roni) Shannon of Kenton, Ohio, and Rick (Lori) Shannon of Toledo, Ohio; 2 daughters, Robin (Patrick) Blosser of Union City, Ohio, and Risa (Scott) Johnson of Belle Center, Ohio; a daughter-in-law, Pammy Jo Palmer of Piqua, Ohio; 3 brothers, 7 sisters, 21 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.  She was preceded in death by a sister and 2 grandchildren.

Judi was a nursing assistant for 30 years. She was a member of the Lighthouse Ministries in Sidney, Ohio, and enjoyed sewing, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.

Pastor Paul Pearson will conduct a memorial service at 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 2, 2009, at the Lighthouse Ministries in Sidney, Ohio. 

The Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine handled the arrangements.
