Kimberly K. Close, 48, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at her residence. She was born December 7, 1961 to the late Edwin D. and Alberta L. (Creviston) Orahood. 

On March 20, 1980, she married Rickey �Rick� Close Sr. in Bellefontaine, and he survives along with a son, Rickey (Jessica) Close Jr. of Indianapolis, Indiana; daughters, Rosalie (Jose) Arguea-Mejia and Masanies Williams both of Bellefontaine; brothers, Edwin E. (Chris) Orahood Jr. and Michael L. (Betty) Orahood both of Bellefontaine, and Rick Orahood of DeGraff, Ohio; sisters, Carolyn Sue (John) Hancock of Grove City, Ohio, Rebecca Orahood of Sidney, Ohio, Veronica Zimmerman of Quincy, Ohio, Tina (Chuck) Close, Tonya (Roy) Davis and Nancy (Mike) Predmore all of Bellefontaine, and Melody Bernero of Sidney; grandchildren, Rickey Close III, and Jose and Juan Argueta-Mejia; numerous nieces and nephews; and her special pet, Sassy. 

A homemaker, Kim enjoyed playing bingo, casino games and doing macram�. Her favorite holidays were Halloween and Christmas. She loved listening to Elvis and being with her family, especially her grandchildren. 

Pastor Ken Neighoff will conduct a graveside service at 11:30 A.M. Saturday, August 7, 2010, at the Highland Memorial Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio. Friends may call from 9 to 11 A.M. prior to the service at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine.
