Madison Grace Holycross

Madison Grace Holycross, 10, of Huntsville, Ohio, died Wednesday, July 7, 2010, as the result of an auto accident in Pickaway County Ohio. She was born in Columbus, Ohio February 8, 2000, a daughter of James Holycross of Englewood, Ohio and Tracy Holliday (Dallas J. Bishop) Taylor of Huntsville.

She is also survived by her paternal grandparents, Dale and Robin Holycross of West Mansfield, Ohio, and Beth Ann and Ray Plank of Zanesfield, Ohio; maternal grandmother, Nancy Spencer of West Liberty, Ohio; paternal great-grandmother, Betty Holycross of Bellefontaine, Ohio; a paternal great-step grandmother, Clara Bel Plank; a stepsister, Chelcie Taylor of Columbus, Ohio, a special friend, Deidra Teets of Williamsport, Ohio; and many aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Gordon �Doc� �Papop� Holliday.

Madison would have been a fifth-grader at Indian Lake Middle School this fall. She was an honor student and enjoyed art, playing basketball and swimming.

Gene Marine will officiate the funeral service at 10 A.M. Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where calling hours are from 2 to 4 P.M. and 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday, July 13, 2010. Burial will follow the funeral service in the Maple Grove Cemetery in North Lewisburg, Ohio.
